Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use Ads21: acceptable use, ownership of retailer flyers and catalogues, accuracy of prices and offers, and limits of liability.

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Ads21 (ads21.net, including all of its country editions). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the service is

Ads21 is a free, independent directory of retailers' weekly flyers and catalogues, together with related retail news and shopping guides. It is provided for general information only, to help you see what retailers say they are offering. We do not sell any of the products shown, we do not take orders, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a retailer.

2. Flyer and catalogue content belongs to its owners

  • The flyers, catalogues and leaflets shown on the site are the retailers' own promotional materials, which they have already made publicly available. They are collected from publicly accessible online sources and displayed so that shoppers can find and compare them.
  • All flyer content, product images, store names, logos and trademarks belong to the respective retailers, brands or other third parties. Their appearance on Ads21 does not mean those owners are affiliated with us or endorse the site.
  • You may view flyers for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Any other reuse of third-party material must be cleared with its owner.
  • Rights holders: if you own content shown here and want it corrected or removed, email contact@ads21.net identifying the pages concerned, and we will act on it promptly.

The site's own original material (its layout, the text of our news articles, shopping guides and store descriptions) belongs to the operator of Ads21. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source page.

3. Prices, offers and accuracy: always check with the retailer

We work to show each flyer with the validity dates the retailer published and to move ended flyers into an archive automatically. However:

  • prices, offers, product availability, quantities and conditions are set by the retailer and may change, sell out, differ between branches or regions, or contain the retailer's own errors;
  • an offer can be withdrawn or corrected by the retailer after its flyer was published; and
  • news articles and shopping guides are general information, not professional, financial or legal advice.

We give no warranty that any price, offer, date or product detail shown on the site is accurate, complete or still available. Always confirm an offer directly with the retailer before you rely on it, travel to a store or make a purchase. The retailer's own terms decide what you can actually buy and at what price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • copy, scrape, mirror or republish the site or large parts of it by automated means, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our servers (normal search-engine crawling that respects robots.txt is welcome);
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its data, or interfere with its security or operation;
  • click on advertisements artificially, or encourage anyone else to, or otherwise interfere with the advertising on the site; or
  • misrepresent the site's content as your own, or present Ads21 as being connected to a retailer when it is not.

5. Links and advertising

The site contains links to retailers and other third-party websites, and may show advertising served by third parties such as Google. We do not control those websites or advertisements and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. How advertising cookies work is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The site may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Ads21 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including losses caused by an offer that was incorrect, changed, unavailable or expired, or by your dealings with any retailer or advertiser. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
