The best way to reach Ads21 is by email: contact@ads21.net. Messages are read by the people who run the site, and we aim to reply within a few working days. Writing in English is fastest for us, but you are welcome to write in the language of your country edition.
To help us act quickly, please include the full address (URL) of the page you are writing about, and mention that you are using our edition for Italy.
What to contact us about
- Outdated or wrong flyer. A flyer shown as current that has already ended, a flyer filed under the wrong store, or missing pages. Report a flyer problem.
- Store information. A retail chain that has closed, rebranded, or is missing from your country. Suggest a store correction.
- Rights-holder and removal requests. If you represent a retailer or brand and want content changed or removed, email us from an address at your company's domain and identify the pages concerned. We handle these requests promptly. Send a removal request.
- Privacy and data requests. Questions about cookies, advertising, or exercising your rights under GDPR/CCPA (see our Privacy Policy). Send a privacy request.
- Errors in news or guides. If an article contains a factual mistake, tell us what is wrong and, if possible, a source. Report an article error.
What we cannot help with
Ads21 is an independent directory and is not part of any retailer. We cannot answer questions about an order, a delivery, a refund, stock availability in a specific shop, or a loyalty account; please contact the retailer directly for those. We also never ask for passwords or payment details by email.
